In October, Novavax received a $125 million milestone payment triggered by Sanofi’s launch of a Phase 3 influenza-COVID-19 combination vaccine trial in Europe. Novavax narrowed its full-year 2026 combined R&D and SG&A expense guidance to $375 million–$395 million.
