NRC Health posted a GAAP net loss of $3.3 million, or $0.15 per diluted share, on revenue up 4% to $35.4 million.
Adjusted EBITDA rose to $9.4 million, representing 27% of revenue; adjusted net income was $6.9 million, or $0.31 per diluted share.
Contract value, cash flow and management commentary
Total recurring contract value climbed 11% year-over-year to $151.9 million, signaling stronger contracted demand entering the second half.
Operating cash flow totaled $1.4 million, while free cash flow was $0.1 million, reflecting about $2.9 million in cash payments tied to adjustment items.
CEO Trent Green said results included double-digit TRCV growth, continued product commercialization, and the strongest Governance Institute bookings in seven years.
