Special shareholder meeting set for 2026

NSTS Bancorp will hold a special shareholder meeting in 2026 at the home office of North Shore Trust and Savings in Waukegan, Illinois.

Shareholders will vote on the merger agreement with Brookfield Bancshares, an all-cash deal expected to pay about $14.28 per share.
