NSTS Bancorp shares set to delist from Nasdaq after merger closes
NSTS•NSTS Bancorp requested that Nasdaq suspend trading of its common stock after the close on Sept. 30, 2026, ahead of its merger into Brookfield. Nasdaq is expected to file a Form 25 to delist the shares, while Brookfield plans to file a Form 15 to deregister them and suspend reporting obligations.
1. Trading suspension planned
NSTS Bancorp requested that Nasdaq suspend trading of its common stock after the close on Sept. 30, 2026, ahead of its merger into Brookfield. Nasdaq is expected to file a Form 25 with the SEC to delist the shares and deregister them under Exchange Act Section 12(b).
2. Deregistration filings
Brookfield also plans to file a Form 15 to deregister the stock under Section 12(g) and suspend reporting obligations under Section 15(d).
