NTIC names Gautam Ramdas president and CEO in succession shift

- Ramdas previously led Zerust Integrity Solutions; earlier ran global market development for oil and gas; and held roles at IBM and PwC.
- Lynch moved to chairman and will remain an employee to support the leadership transition.
- Richard Nigon became lead independent director, replacing his prior role as board chairman.
- Brian Haglund was promoted to COO from vice president of Operations, North America; he previously led global operations roles at Textron.
