Leadership changes as company expands into Canadian gold exploration

Nu-Med Plus shifted leadership as it expands into Canadian gold exploration through the Avid Gold acquisition announced today.

Former CEO William Hayde was appointed chairman; CFO Keith Merrell retained his roles as finance chief and board member.

Fred Tejada joined the board on closing; he will also serve as senior vice president and chief geologist.

Tejada brings more than 40 years of international mining experience across gold, copper, nickel, cobalt, and coal.
