Nu Skin Q2 FY26 EPS swings to GAAP loss of $(5.14); revenue drops 17.1% to $320.1 million

Nu Skin posted Q2 revenue of $320.1 million, down 17.1% from the prior-year quarter, including a 1% FX headwind of $4 million.
EPS was $(5.14); excluding non-cash impairment and non-cash tax charges, EPS was $0.20 versus $0.43 a year earlier.
Operating margin widened to a loss of 18.5%; excluding a non-cash impairment charge, operating margin was 6.1% versus 8%.
Customer and affiliate trends
Customers fell 14% to 660,037; paid affiliates dropped 8% to 120,291, while sales leaders slid 9% to 26,998.
Outlook and management commentary
Management cited continued Prysm iO rollout and preparations for a formal India launch; 2026 outlook was cut to $1.28 billion-$1.35 billion in revenue and adjusted EPS of $0.70-$0.90.
