Nurix extends Gilead collaboration for oncology program

Nurix said it and Gilead extended the oncology program’s research term by two years. Nurix retains co-development and 50/50 profit-sharing options on two U.S. programs, will receive a $10 million extension fee, and is eligible for up to $1.30 billion in total payments as of May 31, 2026, and mid-single-digit to low-teens percentage tiered royalties.
