Nurix, Gilead extend research term for oncology program by two years for $10 million fee
NRIX•Nurix extended the research term for an undisclosed oncology program under its Gilead collaboration by two years and will receive a $10 million fee. The deal includes potential payments of about $1.3 billion tied to fees and milestones.
1. Extension terms
The extension is the second two-year renewal for the program under the 2019 agreement. Nurix can opt into co-development with 50/50 U.S. profit-sharing on up to two programs, subject to restrictions.
