Nurix reports durable clinical activity for bexobrutideg in Phase 1a/1b CLL/SLL trial

Abstract results showed sustained clinical activity with favorable tolerability in patients with relapsed or refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma. The efficacy findings covered patients previously treated with covalent BTK inhibitors.
Nurix Therapeutics will present updated Phase 1a/1b results for bexobrutideg, also known as NX-5948, at the American Society of Hematology meeting on December 13, 2026. Additional analyses will assess previously untreated patients and those with high-risk molecular features.
