Nurix Therapeutics Inc. said it has received Hart-Scott-Rodino clearance for its global collaboration with Roche to co-develop and co-commercialize potential best-in-class BTK degrader bexobrutideg across malignant hematology, immunology and neurology.
Nurix said it will receive $700 million upfront, with up to $2.30 billion in total potential payments.
Development costs will be shared 40% Nurix / 60% Roche, and U.S. profits and losses will be split equally.
Roche will co-commercialize bexobrutideg in the U.S. and commercialize it outside the U.S.; Nurix will receive royalties.
The companies will jointly advance bexobrutideg in CLL, B-cell malignancies, MS, and CSU.
