Nusatrip says it will not appeal Nasdaq delisting notice, plans OTC trading

Nasdaq delisting notice

Nusatrip received a Nasdaq staff determination on Aug. 3, 2026 to delist its securities.

Nasdaq cited uncertainty tied to Society Pass’s Chapter 11 case affecting 78% of voting power, raising public interest concerns.

Nasdaq also pointed to delayed filings for the fiscal year ended Sept. 30, 2025 and the quarter ended March 31, 2026.

Nusatrip will not appeal the determination and plans to seek over-the-counter trading.
