Nutanix posted Q4 FY2026 net income of $1.27 billion on revenue up 16% to $757.1 million.
GAAP operating income more than doubled to $70 million, lifting GAAP operating margin 4.4 percentage points to 9.2%.
Annual recurring revenue rose 16% year over year to $2.55 billion, while free cash flow increased 34% to $277.6 million.
Customer and partnership updates
CEO Rajiv Ramaswami cited over 3,000 new customers in FY2026, with new or expanded partnerships with AMD, Lenovo, NetApp, and NVIDIA.
