Nutra Pharma said control shifted on Aug. 21, 2026, following a transfer of Series B Preferred Stock with supermajority voting rights.
Pure Raw Supplies received 12 million Series B Preferred shares from Rik Deitsch as a gift for no consideration.
Pure Raw Supplies now holds 62.63% of total voting power, replacing Deitsch as the controlling stockholder.
