- Nutrien posted Q2 net earnings of USD 1.22 billion, down 1% year over year; diluted EPS rose 1% to USD 2.53.
- Adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) slipped 2% to USD 2.43 billion; adjusted EPS (non-GAAP) fell 2% to USD 2.61.
- Net sales increased 4% to USD 10.81 billion, while cash provided by operating activities edged down 2% to USD 2.48 billion.
Shareholder returns and guidance
- Nutrien returned USD 848 million to shareholders in H1 through dividends and buybacks; it repurchased about USD 82 million of shares in Q3 to Aug. 4.
- The company raised its 2026 potash sales volume outlook to 14.2–14.8 million tonnes and cut its 2026 capital expenditures guidance to USD 1.95–2.05 billion.
