2. Commodity Volumes and Pricing

Potash shipments totaled 2.803 million tonnes versus a 2.877 million-tonne forecast, while nitrogen volumes reached 2.575 million tonnes against a 2.668 million-tonne estimate. Phosphate average selling prices jumped to $875/ton for industrial and feed applications versus $713.89 expected and to $733/ton overall versus $574.04 projected.

3. Segment Sales Performance

Potash sales reached $792 million (+34.9% YoY) slightly below the $804.4 million estimate, and nitrogen sales hit $1.24 billion (+5.4%) above the $1.09 billion forecast. Net phosphate sales rose 16.7% to $483 million, topping the $421.42 million consensus, while retail Ag solutions delivered $3.14 billion, down 1.1% from last year and shy of the $3.21 billion estimate.
