Nuvation Bio flagged new subgroup analyses from its pivotal Phase 2 TRUST-I and TRUST-II studies of IBTROZI (taletrectinib) in advanced ROS1-positive NSCLC.
The results have not been presented yet; they are scheduled for WCLC on Sept. 15, 2026, and ESMO on Oct. 26, 2026.
The analyses are intended to show durable benefit with a consistent safety profile across key patient subgroups, including previously treated patients.
