Nuvation Bio to present updated Phase 2 safusidenib results in glioma at SNO meeting
NUVB•Nuvation Bio will present updated Phase 2 safusidenib results on Nov. 13, 2026, at the Society for Neuro-Oncology annual meeting, including additional long-term efficacy and safety data.
1. Planned presentation
The presentation will expand on positive topline results announced in July from the J201 study of patients with Grade 2 IDH1-mutant glioma who have not received chemotherapy or radiotherapy. Three other posters will cover ongoing safusidenib studies, including a Phase 3 maintenance trial in IDH1-mutant astrocytoma with high-risk features.
