Nuveen Municipal Credit Opportunities Fund rights offering set to issue 13.7 million shares
NMCO•The fund’s rights offering expired Oct. 7, 2026, with preliminary issuance of about 13.7 million common shares at $8.25 each and gross proceeds expected to be about $113 million.
1. Offering results
The subscription price was set at $8.25 per share, equal to 90% of the fund’s net asset value at the NYSE close on the expiration date. Subscribed shares are expected to be issued on or about Oct. 15, 2026, subject to payment processing.
