Nuvei is reportedly in advanced discussions to acquire Payoneer Global in a deal valued at about $2.7 billion. Negotiations are said to be nearing conclusion, with a signing possible in the coming days.

The proposed purchase price includes Payoneer’s cash holdings, implying an enterprise value of approximately $2.3 billion compared with a standalone market capitalization near $1.7 billion. Backers in the talks include private equity firms Advent International, Novacap and CDPQ.
