nVent appoints GE HealthCare veteran Mellinda Devese as Chief Supply Chain Officer

nVent will hire Mellinda Devese as Executive VP and Chief Supply Chain Officer effective March 16, 2026, reporting to CEO Beth Wozniak to oversee global manufacturing, procurement, logistics, lean and safety. Devese joins from GE HealthCare’s $10bn Imaging segment, tasked with driving operational efficiencies and cost savings.

1. Appointment Details

nVent announced that Mellinda Devese will join as Executive Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer on March 16, 2026, reporting directly to Chair and CEO Beth Wozniak. This adds seasoned supply chain leadership to nVent’s executive team ahead of its next growth phase.

2. Role and Objectives

Devese will lead nVent’s global end-to-end supply chain, covering manufacturing operations, procurement, inventory management, distribution, global planning, logistics, lean processes and safety. Her mandate includes advancing operational excellence, enhancing customer experience and delivering cost efficiencies to support nVent’s transformation strategy.

3. Professional Background

Devese brings experience from GE HealthCare’s $10 billion Imaging segment, where she served as Senior Vice President of Global Integrated Supply Chain. She previously held leadership roles at GE, Whirlpool and Eaton, and holds a BA in Business Administration and Finance and an Executive MBA.
