nVent expands manufacturing capacity with 400,000-square-foot Arizona facility
NVT•nVent Electric leased a 400,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Goodyear, Arizona, with production expected to begin in mid-2027 and more than 200 employees once fully operational. It will make prefabricated electrical houses for power utilities, data centers and other infrastructure customers.

nVent Electric leased a 400,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Goodyear, Arizona, to expand engineered building production capacity. Production is expected to begin in mid-2027, and the facility is expected to employ more than 200 people once fully operational.
2. Kansas expansion
The facility will manufacture prefabricated electrical houses to support demand from power utilities, data centers and other infrastructure customers. The expansion follows an August groundbreaking for a 58,000-square-foot addition in southeastern Kansas, expected to create up to 60 skilled trade jobs.
