nVent lines up $600 million senior unsecured term loan to help fund Maverick Power deal

The facility matures three years from funding. Pricing is base rate or term SOFR plus a margin tied to leverage or credit ratings.
Amendment No. 2 to the existing credit agreement added limited conditionality to a $250 million revolver sublimit for the acquisition.
Revolving credit, term credit, and other financing capacity under the amended credit agreement remains up to $875 million outstanding.
nVent secures financing for Maverick Power acquisition
nVent Electric entered a Loan Agreement for a $600 million senior unsecured term loan facility to help fund its $1.75 billion Maverick Power deal.
Hoffman Schroff Holdings plans to draw the full $600 million; no borrowings were outstanding on Sept. 17, 2026.
