Nvidia and Nebius Launch Six-Month Physical AI Lab on RTX PRO 6000 GPUs
NVDA•Nebius stock dropped over 16% last week before rebounding nearly 4% premarket on news of a six-month Physical AI Living Lab with Nvidia. Starting September for UK and European robotics startups, the program runs on Nebius’s GPU cloud with Nvidia’s RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell GPUs and joint engineer guidance.
1. Joint Initiative Launch
Nebius, a neo-cloud infrastructure company, partnered with Nvidia to unveil the Physical AI Living Lab, a six-month accelerator for robotics startups. Following the announcement, Nebius shares fell over 16% for the week before gaining nearly 4% in premarket trading, while Nvidia’s stock dipped more than 6% over the same period.
2. Program Details
The lab will begin in September and is open to UK and European robotics firms, providing access to Nebius’s UK-based GPU cloud infrastructure powered by Nvidia’s RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Server Edition GPUs. Engineers from both companies will offer hands-on technical guidance to help startups deploy simulation software, synthetic data workflows and physical AI workloads.
3. Strategic Rationale and Outlook
The initiative addresses a key bottleneck for early-stage robotics companies by supplying large-scale simulation, synthetic data generation and accelerated compute resources. Both firms plan to expand the program to additional regions over time, aiming to streamline the path from prototype to deployed physical AI systems.
