The company participated in Hydra Host’s $100 million Series A round led by Kindred Ventures, supporting growth of the Brokkr AI Factory platform that spans over 50 data centers worldwide and connects enterprises to pooled GPU resources.
3. Intel Promotes CPU Inference Threat
Intel is positioning its forthcoming 18A processors to deliver up to 180 TOPS and run 70 billion-parameter models, aiming to migrate AI inference workloads from centralized GPUs to edge CPUs and potentially erode Nvidia’s GPU market dominance.
