Samsung Electronics co-CEO and chip division head Jun Young-hyun met with Jensen Huang in Seoul to discuss collaboration on autonomous driving chips, Groq AI accelerator chips and future foundry production of HBM4E and HBM5 memory technologies, emphasizing long-term cooperation.
3. Groq LP30 Manufacturing
Nvidia unveiled an AI inference processor based on Groq technology in March and confirmed that Samsung will manufacture Groq's LP30 chips, which are scheduled for shipment in the second half of 2026, bolstering Nvidia's AI chip supply chain.
