Nvidia Certifies Samsung, SK Hynix and Micron for HBM4 with Q3 Deliveries Planned

1. Memory Vendor Certification
During his Seoul visit, CEO Jensen Huang announced that Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix and Micron Technology have all been certified to supply HBM4 memory modules for Nvidia’s upcoming Vera Rubin AI platform. Qualification tests are complete, and all three vendors have begun initial production runs to meet Nvidia’s specifications.
2. Vera Rubin Platform Rollout
Vera Rubin systems, which integrate Nvidia’s Vera CPUs, Rubin GPU cores and terabytes of HBM4 memory per server, are now in full production. Nvidia plans to begin shipping these AI accelerator units in the third quarter, marking a critical upgrade in high-bandwidth memory support for enterprise AI deployments.
