Nvidia, EBU expand sovereign AI framework for European broadcasters at Berlin event
NVDA•Nvidia and the European Broadcasting Union expanded their collaboration to add sovereign cloud providers, open models and integration partners. Adobe Frame.io’s GPU-accelerated video search generates embeddings about five times faster, with up to fourfold higher search throughput, up to fivefold lower latency and a video proxy about 80% smaller.
1. Expanded broadcaster framework
Nvidia showcased expanded broadcasting AI partnerships at a Berlin creative industry event co-hosted with Adobe, Bertelsmann and UFA. Its collaboration with the European Broadcasting Union adds sovereign cloud providers, open models and integration partners to help broadcasters retain control over AI deployments. Adobe Frame.io’s GPU-accelerated video search delivers about fivefold faster embedding generation; search processing achieves up to fourfold higher throughput with up to fivefold lower latency, and a new video proxy is about 80% smaller than its predecessor.
