Nvidia, Foxconn Partner to Manufacture Vera Rubin AI Racks, Boost Supply Chain
NVDA•Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang met Foxconn chairman at Computex in Taipei and confirmed Foxconn as the main manufacturer for Nvidia’s AI racks including the Vera Rubin platform. Nvidia is ramping Vera Rubin production, combining Vera CPUs and Rubin GPUs, forecasting a very busy second half for Taiwan’s supply chain.
1. Meeting at Computex
At the Computex tech show in Taipei on June 2, Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang met with Foxconn chairman to reinforce the partnership, designating Foxconn as the primary manufacturer for Nvidia’s AI racks designed for high-performance workloads.
2. Vera Rubin Production Ramp
Huang announced plans to significantly ramp production of the Vera Rubin AI computing platform combining Nvidia’s Vera CPU and Rubin GPU architectures, forecasting a very busy second half for Taiwan’s supply chain as orders accelerate.
