Nvidia secured land, power, and shell capacity at SB Energy’s PORTS-Pike campus in Ohio for NVIDIA compute.
The site will exclusively host NVIDIA AI compute infrastructure, with SB Energy building, owning, and operating the data center under a 20-year lease to OpenAI.
Credit support covers an initial 4.25 IT-GW, with an option to take the remaining 3.75 IT-GW.
OpenAI is set as the customer for 8 IT-GW of AI factory capacity, with phased availability expected to start in 2028.
