NVIDIA and Sharon AI have agreed on a six-year compute collaboration under which NVIDIA will deploy up to 40,000 Grace Blackwell GB300 GPUs across 72 MW of new data-center capacity in Australia. The partnership includes a revenue-sharing and credit-support framework designed to fund large-scale AI infrastructure, expanding Sharon AI’s total AI factory footprint to 132 MW, with 102 MW already committed and an installed base expected to exceed 55,000 NVIDIA GPUs by mid-2027.
NVIDIA has appointed Bruce Andrews, a former Intel government affairs head and Commerce Department official, as Chief External Affairs Officer reporting to General Counsel Tim Teter. Andrews will lead engagement on AI leadership, semiconductor export restrictions and U.S.-China technology policy, reflecting NVIDIA’s emphasis on regulatory strategy as government decisions shape the industry’s future.
