Nvidia to Invest $150 Billion Annually in Taiwan AI Infrastructure at Computex

At Computex June 2–5 in Taipei, CEO Jensen Huang will deliver the opening keynote, spotlighting Nvidia’s shift from consumer graphics to enterprise AI with demonstrations of its new Vera Rubin AI computing platform and custom AI CPU designed for data centre workloads.
2. $150 Billion Investment Plan
Huang announced Nvidia will invest $150 billion each year in Taiwan’s AI infrastructure, partnering with 150 local firms across chip assembly, packaging and testing to build out capacity for high-performance AI systems.

Nvidia’s capex commitment reinforces Taiwan’s evolution from a semiconductor hub into a full-service AI infrastructure ecosystem, emphasizing collaborations on cooling, networking and system integration to deliver end-to-end AI data centre solutions.
