Nvidia said it will invest $3 billion in Meta's equity offering and expand collaboration on Muse and the Muse family of models. The companies are considering collaboration on the OpenShell reference architecture and Nvidia Sentry. Meta will expand deployment of Nvidia Vera Rubin, Vera CPUs, Spectrum-X and BlueField-4.
