Aug. 7 (Reuters) - Nvidia NVDA.O will invest up to $3 billion in Blackstone BX.N backed power infrastructure developer Lancium, the company behind Stargate, the Information reported on Friday.
Nvidia will get a 20% stake in Lancium for the first $2 billion investment, and its stake could grow to an additional $1 billion if Lancium hits certain thresholds, the report said, citing people familiar with the matter.
Nvidia and Lancium did not immediately respond to Reuters requests for comment.
