The outlook reflects a USD 100 million upfront payment under an exclusive global licensing agreement with AbbVie for Nxera’s EP4 agonist program. The company expects JPY 15.78 billion in fourth-quarter revenue from the payment, using an exchange rate of JPY 157.8 per US dollar; completion is expected by year-end, subject to antitrust clearance, and revenue recognition depends on agreement with auditors.
