NXG Cushing Midstream Energy Fund adjourns annual shareholder meeting to July 10

NXG Cushing Midstream Energy Fund’s annual shareholder meeting on June 18, 2026 was adjourned to July 10, 2026.
Shareholders elected Brian R. Bruce and John H. Alban as Class I trustees through the 2029 annual meeting.
Investors also backed a new advisory agreement with Cushing Asset Management following a change of control at the adviser.
The advisory fee stayed at 1.25% of average weekly managed assets, and a 0.25% fee waiver remains in place through Feb. 1, 2027.
