NYSE suspends SES AI warrants, starts delisting process over low price levels

NYSE notified SES AI on Aug. 13, 2026 of plans to delist its public warrants.
Trading in the warrants was suspended immediately due to “abnormally low selling price” levels under NYSE Listed Company Manual Section 802.01D.
NYSE plans to apply to the SEC to delist the warrants once required procedures are completed.
Common stock continues to trade
Each warrant is exercisable for one Class A common share at an exercise price of $11.5.
Common stock trading continues on the NYSE under ticker SES, subject to ongoing listing compliance.
