O-I Glass Q3 sales miss analyst expectations on lower volumes
OI•O-I Glass reported third-quarter sales of $1.62 billion, down 2% and below analysts’ $1.64 billion estimate, and a loss per share of $0.08. The company expects 2026 adjusted EBITDA of about $925 million to $950 million and free cash flow use of about $300 million.

O-I Glass’s third-quarter sales fell 2% to about $1.6 billion. Favourable currency translation partially offset slightly lower selling prices and a 2% decline in sales volume. Americas segment operating profit was down slightly from a year earlier amid commercial headwinds, while Europe segment operating profit fell significantly, primarily due to net price pressure.
2. Company outlook
O-I Glass expects 2026 adjusted EBITDA of about $925 million to $950 million and free cash flow use of about $300 million. For 2027, it expects higher net sales, adjusted EBITDA and free cash flow.
