Oakworth Capital appoints Russ Carothers to board, names him audit committee chair

Oakworth Capital appointed W. Russell “Russ” Carothers III to its board, effective today.
Carothers will chair the audit committee, serving as the board’s financial expert.
He brings nearly 40 years of finance, IT, operations leadership experience, including 37 years at EY in financial services audit focused on banking.
