Ocean Capital Acquisition names Yiyan Li CEO and chair
OCAC•Ocean Capital Acquisition appointed Yiyan Li CEO, board chair and director effective November 2, 2026. Li will also serve as principal financial officer pending a CFO appointment.
1. Leadership changes
Kin (Stephen) Sze resigned as CEO, chairman and director on October 30, 2026, and Pok Yu (Augustine) Chow left the board and its committees. Stephen J. Posner became an independent director on November 2, joining the audit, corporate governance and nominating, and compensation committees. Posner has approximately 50 years of financial markets experience and has owned SJP Consultants since 2014.
