On June 2, 2026, Ocean Partners Holdings Ltd entered into a definitive agreement with Central Asia Metals PLC to transfer 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of Cygnus Metals Ltd. Central Asia Metals also obtained a call-option deed with Ocean Partners UK Ltd to acquire 120,906,526 Cygnus shares, representing 9.9% of the issuer’s equity, subject to customary conditions.
2. Miivo Completes C$1.25 Million Tandem Partners Purchase
Miivo Holdings Corp finalized its acquisition of Tandem Partners, a Dubai-based advisory firm, for C$1.25 million. The transaction converts a prior CEO and CFO services arrangement into full ownership, integrating Tandem’s advisory capabilities into Miivo’s corporate structure.
