OceanaGold Reports 15.5m at 30.64 g/t Au, Boosts Haile Reserve Potential

OGCOGC

OceanaGold reported high-grade drill intercepts at Haile, including 15.5 m at 30.64 g/t Au in Horseshoe and 14.5 m at 15.81 g/t Au at Clydesdale, plus 27.9 m at 8.60 g/t Au in Ledbetter. They support reserve expansion near existing infrastructure and bolster prospects for the next reserve update.

1. Notable High-Grade Intercepts

Horseshoe Underground conversion and extension drilling delivered intercepts including 15.5 m at 30.64 g/t Au, 30.5 m at 13.86 g/t Au and 22.5 m at 13.42 g/t Au. Ledbetter conversion holes intersected up to 27.9 m at 8.60 g/t Au and 3.3 m at 40.45 g/t Au, while Clydesdale’s initial drill returned 14.5 m at 15.81 g/t Au including 4.5 m at 41.6 g/t Au.

2. Reserve Conversion and Extension

These high-grade intercepts are expected to drive conversion of Inferred to Indicated mineral resources and underpin the next reserve update, particularly for the Horseshoe extensions and Ledbetter Lobe 3 zones. Recent success in converting lower-zone inferred mineralization and extending known bodies supports growth in Mineral Reserves ahead of the update.

3. Infrastructure and Next Steps

Drill targets remain open in multiple directions and will be advanced via underground development. As the Palomino decline progresses, further drilling from underground platforms is planned to test extensions at depth and along strike, aiming to enhance resource confidence and optimize development plans.
