OceanaGold reports Q3 2026 revenue of $654.9 million as copper sales offset lower gold prices
OGC•OceanaGold’s third-quarter 2026 revenue rose to $654.9 million as stronger copper sales offset lower realized gold prices, while net profit fell to $198.1 million. Gold production declined 4% to 133,400 ounces, and all-in sustaining costs fell 13% to $1,874 per ounce.
1. Quarterly results
OceanaGold reported third-quarter 2026 net profit of $198.1 million, down from $222.2 million in the prior quarter, while revenue edged higher to $654.9 million. Stronger copper sales offset lower realized gold prices.
2. Production and outlook
Gold production fell 4% quarter-on-quarter to 133,400 ounces, reflecting lower underground grades at Haile and reduced open-pit output at Macraes. All-in sustaining costs declined 13% to $1,874 per ounce, primarily due to lower sustaining capital, higher by-product credits and increased gold sales. Management expects full-year production near the guidance midpoint, with a Haile-led fourth-quarter recovery, while full-year sustaining costs remain near the upper end of guidance.
