OceanFirst reported Q3-26 core net income of $46.9 million and core diluted earnings of $0.48 per share. Core non-interest expenses climbed 31% from Q2-26 to $114.34 million, primarily due to a full quarter of Flushing activity.
The Flushing core system conversion finished in September, bringing the combined company onto a single operating platform. With integration substantially complete, remaining cost savings and a return to excess capital accretion are expected in Q4-26.
