OceanLight Acquisition to merge with AIRE in deal valuing AIRE at $1 billion
OCLT•OceanLight Acquisition Corporation agreed to merge with AIRE in a deal valuing AIRE at $1 billion. AIRE would become a wholly owned unit of publicly listed AIRE Global Group.
1. Deal terms
The consideration includes Closing Payment Shares equal to the $1 billion valuation divided by $10.00. AIRE operates a home textile and green sleep technology business and is targeting growth in U.S. textile trading.
