Ocugen to present 12-month Phase 2 ArMaDa trial results for OCU410 gene therapy in geographic atrophy at AAO 2026
OCGN•Ocugen said it will present 12-month safety and efficacy results from its Phase 2 ArMaDa trial of OCU410 for geographic atrophy on Oct. 9 and Oct. 11, 2026. It will also present Phase 1/2 GARDian1 results for OCU410ST in Stargardt disease in early October.

Ocugen flagged upcoming presentations of clinical trial results for its modifier gene therapies in eye diseases. The Phase 2 ArMaDa results for OCU410 in geographic atrophy are scheduled for Oct. 9 and Oct. 11, 2026, and will cover safety and efficacy outcomes over 12 months; no metrics were disclosed. Phase 1/2 GARDian1 results for OCU410ST in Stargardt disease will also be presented in early October 2026.
