Oculis said topline results from the PREDICT-1 registrational symptoms trial of licaminlimab for dry eye are expected around year-end. The company described the readout as a key step toward a genotype-guided treatment approach for TNFR1-mediated dry eye disease.

Oculis flagged licaminlimab as a lead program ahead of its Oct. 8 presentation at Eyecelerator @ AAO 2026. The company also plans to sponsor AAO’s Neuro-Ophthalmology Subspecialty Day on Oct. 9.
