OFA Group will consolidate its Class A ordinary shares on a 1-for-10 basis, effective 12:01 a.m. ET on July 31, 2026.
Nasdaq trading is expected to reflect the consolidation at the July 31 open under the ticker OFAL; the new CUSIP will be G6713S114.
The number of issued Class A shares will fall to about 2,637,052 from 26,370,521. Fractional shares will be rounded down.
Class B ordinary shares will be unaffected. Options, warrants and convertibles will be adjusted proportionately for share count and exercise or conversion prices.
