OFA Group completes acquisition of Tokawaen coastal property in Japan’s Choshi

OFA Group completed the acquisition of the former Tokawaen coastal property in Choshi, Japan, with title registered Oct. 1 for the 7,062-square-meter residential-zoned parcel.

OFA Group added the property to its company-owned real estate assets. The site is being evaluated for a premium, private-pay senior living and wellness-oriented community; no development application has been filed.
