Offerpad names Andrew Pieper interim CFO

Offerpad Solutions appointed Andrew Pieper interim chief financial officer effective Oct. 20, 2026, replacing Peter Knag, who will remain employed as a senior advisor through Nov. 30 to support the transition.

1. CFO transition

Pieper has served as Offerpad Solutions’ senior vice president, controller, since August 2025, following earlier controller and financial reporting roles. Knag stepped down as CFO and will remain employed as a senior advisor through Nov. 30, 2026, to support the transition.
